My name is Marisa Meisters and I'm happily married to a great guy. We have a beautiful daughter who was born in 2006. :-) I hold a bachelor's degree in Political Science, a Master's in International Hotel Management, and a second Master's in Management Information Systems, yikes!! My interests include (but are not limited to) traveling, (sometimes traveling with kids), photography, traveling, creating and maintaining web sites, horseback riding, traveling, sailing, and did I mention traveling?! Musically, I obviously like The Police and Sting. I also really enjoy Andy Summers' solo work, as well as Elton John, Dave Matthews, Eric Clapton, The Eagles, Bruce Hornsby, Harry Connick jr., Phil Collins, Eros Ramazotti, and U2 to name a few. A German friend introduced me to the music of Herbert Groenemeyer; some people think he sounds a lot like Sting; (I liken his voice more to Eric Clapton) plus he writes great music. In terms of newer musicians, I also like John Mayer, Coldplay, KT Tunstall, Snow Patrol, and probably a few others I'm neglecting at the moment. Pet peeves include second-hand smoke, bad drivers, people who talk too much, and plagiarizm (on the internet or otherwise). My motto: "Have suitcase, will travel." TravelBabyWeb - This is a plug for a new web site I created in 2006. After traveling with my infant for the first time, I realized that it's not easy!
